2. How do you process inquiry from buyers?
We have a dedicated relationship manager who will respond to all your inquiries & queries within 24 hrs. |

3. What is your Sample Policy?
Muscat is eager to conduct business with you. Once you provide the specifications, we will despatch the samples within 4 working days. We don't charge for samples or courier charges. |

4. What is your policy for processing the order?
Once the samples are approved by you, we shall forth with plan our production shedule to meet the delivery schedule required by you. The dispatches will be made in one lot or different lots depending upon your requirement and quantity. Being fully integrated plant, we accept orders of as low as 10,000 bags. We generally require 3 to 4 weeks for manufacturing and 1 week for inland transportation and customs formalities in addition to the voyage time. |

5. Do you have formal quality manufacturing system in place?
Muscat is in process of obtaining ISO 9001-2000. |

6. How do you ensure the quality of goods?
We use best quality virgin polymers. To ensure the quality of tape, tensile tests denier checks and strength tests are carried out. Fabric is checked for weaving width and finish. Quality of the printing is checked in terms of print quality and ink adherence. At cutting and stitching level, various parameters like length, width, valve size, stitching style etc. are checked continuously. |

7. How do you assure end user confidentiality?
Muscat has been dealing with resellers the world over. As an ethical corporate, we maintain a strict, no poaching policy. We realize our resellers our are valued front line partners and acknowledge their role in our business and growth. |

8. How are supplies guaranteed in the eventuality of a natural calamity? What emergency plans are in place?
Muscat operates two manufacturing facilities within a 20 kilometer radius. We have reciprocal tie ups with 2 other plants in west India for any such eventuality. Production and deliveries are hence virtually guaranteed. |
